I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for sending me all the good wishes over the past 11 weeks. It's been a real help to me and my mum and dad to know that so many people have been there with us every step of the way. I'm looking forward to seeing you all here at home soon.

I can't seem to log in and post from this page...
I found your blog in the early summer, just by clicking on the "next blog" button, and was captivated by Dilan and the outpouring of love from her family. I've been checking back most days for the latest news, and you have been in my thoughts.
My second son had a shaky start, as I had placenta previa from 25 weeks. I was in hospital for two months, willing him to stay put and grow, and he made it to 36 weeks. So although we were luckier in that our boy was more developed when he was born, I did feel an instant sympathy with all the stress and anxiety that you must have all been going through. My lad is now 6 and as tough as old boots.
I just wanted to say congratulations, and what a happy.....can't say ending, this is just the beginning of an exciting new life!

Hope you enjoy your family, friends and the world around you. You have so many people who love and care for you, you are a very lucky girl, who has shown a great fighting spirit, may your life continue to go from strength to strength and things get better and better for you.
Congratulations to your mum and dad, i know its been a hard hard battle for them, with the highs and lows of such a stressful time, but you are home now and things must feel so much better.
Take care of each other and continue to support each other and the world will be your oyster.
